It all started in 2006 when we launched as one of the UK’s first social media marketing companies. We built a talented team and helped those early adopters understand and take advantage of social media.
We contributed to the debate on social media performance by creating the Social Brands 100 research, which measured and ranked the best brand performance across social media channels.
As the years have rolled on, the agency has grown into the successful, and modest, marketing agency you see today. We evolved our capabilities to ensure our clients get what they originally came to us for – results for the modern marketer.
We’re not talking about Bunsen burners and litmus paper, we’re talking about people, personalities and culture. We all appreciate that a good fit is crucial for a successful client agency relationship and although it would be great to meet face-to-face at some point, in the meantime let’s give you a flavour of what we’re all about.
We’re an independent agency with a team of 20. If you prefer big agencies with their modus operandi, then we’re not for you. Although if you’re looking for a smaller, nimble agency with a passionate, tightly knit team who are at the top of their game, then that’s cool, because that’s us!
The client is nearly always right. You will certainly get some of the best client service you’ve ever experienced but we will challenge you when we believe there is a better way, because ultimately we want the best results for you.
We like to think we have a bit of a progressive streak. There’s certainly a Headstream way of thinking. It’s about our clients benefiting from new ways of thinking, different approaches and better tactics. It’s not about getting distracted by shiny things, it’s about learning, optimisation and progression.
